Step 1 

Start with fresh or filtered water, heated to just below a boil.

Step 2 

Grind your beans just prior to brewing, and make sure to select the right grind for your brewing method. 

Step 3 

Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of coarse ground coffee per 8 fluid ounces of water (1 cup).

Step 4 

You can adjust the ratio of coffee grounds to water based on your personal taste – if you like a stronger brew, add more grounds, or if you’d like a mellow cup, try adding less.

Step 5 

Make sure you don’t heat the coffee for more than 15 minutes, it can compromise the taste and result in a less delicious brew.

Storage: Once your beans are opened, store them in an airtight container that you keep in a cool, dry place. If you want the beans and your coffee to taste their best, which obviously you do, grind them just before you start brewing.
